We have a very simple and straightforward rental policy. On the bottom of this page, you will find a PDF copy of our rental agreement. It�s written in plain english and is easy to understand, but if you have any questions please feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to clarify any points.

Just like renting a car, we will require a copy of your I.D. (local drivers license, passport ) & credit card, and either a security deposit or proof of insurance.

Studios that have a business insurance policy that covers rental items will most likely not need to put down a security deposit. In most instances we will only need a current copy of your policy and a bill/receipt showing that your policy has been paid through the duration of the rental period. If requested, we can keep these documents on file so that in the future you won�t have to provide us with this information again. Unfortunately we cannot accept home-insurance policies.

For individuals and studios without an insurance policy, we do require a credit card or cash deposit for the full replacement value of what you are renting. If you are using a credit card, your card is not actually charged. An amount equal to the replacement value of the rental equipment is �held� as security until the items are safely returned to us. For example, if your credit card has a credit line of three thousand dollars and you rent an item that has a value of one thousand dollars, your card will only be able to charge up to two thousand dollars until we release those secured funds back to you.

If you are in need of delivery for your rental items, we ask that you notify us at least one business day prior to the start of the rental term. In last-minute situations, we will always do our best to accomodate your needs, but we cannot always guarantee that delivery will be available on short notice.

It is always best to reserve equipment as far in advance as possible. Many popular items are rented nearly 80% of the time, so you increase your chances of getting what you need by contacting us as soon as possible.
